Winkler needs bike lanes

I'd like to be able to cycle safely with my family to Superstore. There
is a really bad bottleneck at Cargill Rd. I hope our mayor will be more
receptive to suggestions than this guy (


Many Winklerites have European roots.  Maybe we can go this way.  (Thanks Hal)
