One 2001 Rocky Mountain Trailhead, 21", hardtail with Xero wheelset and new Acera rear der. Commuter?  $200.
One Norco EX-C frame, 20.5 ", Fox fork, newer Shimano Deore crankset.  Great lightweight race frame.  $400.





Actually, I did start running this fall.  Barefoot, no less.  See Born to Run by MacDougall.  Now that it's cooler out, I have to wear shoes, so I bought a pair of water shoes at Walmart for 9.97.
I can do about 3 to 4 miles by now, and (gasp) loving it!
