A semitone is about 5% tension difference. I'd like to have them all within a semitone. Pros aim for 2%. Fun to build wheels, but it took me five hours to tear down, rebuild, and get set up tubeless on that one wheel. I am now taking custom wheelbuilding orders, at 30/hour, so about 150 for a build. Or you could go to Olympia and get a pro build for $30 or so.
That third one changes pitch just slightly. What is the acceptable range? The mechanics of a bicycle rim and wheel are pretty amazing.
